Before registering, please read the following refund conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ʉۢ All registration is confirmed and validated once payment has been made or received; and according to the conditions of parity respected and balanced as best as possible.

• Possibility of paying by credit card at the time of registration; or by check by sending payment to the order of Authentic Sound Events to the following address:

• A payment facility is offered to spread the payment up to 2 payments (by check or credit card)

• In the event of withdrawal up to 1 and a half months before the event: a refund of the amount will be made to you with 25% deduction of costs.

• After this date, in the event of withdrawal, with or without medical proof: a credit note valid for one year may be issued to you. No refunds will be made.

• Authentic sound or the teaching team cannot be held responsible for any bodily or material injury caused or suffered by any person, trainee or accompanying person; both during classes and during dance evenings or events.

• The association cannot be held responsible for injuries or discomfort occurring during the event, and will not provide any reimbursement for these reasons.

• She is also not responsible in the event of theft of trainees' personal items.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the course of the course depending on changes in registrations or external constraints. You will be informed if this is the case.

• The association reserves the right to postpone or even cancel the event in the event of force majeure encountered. Proposals for postponement or reimbursement will then be presented to you at the time of this decision.

• Any course started and interrupted for any reason cannot be refunded.

• Trainees accept shooting, video, photos during the event. These files remain the entire property of the association which will use them, with kindness, for promotional purposes without any compensation of any kind.
